*please note, this is a CrossFit gym with running classes. Music will be louder, barbells will be being dropped. Clinic space is up a flight of stairs. If you have concussion symptoms or any issues ambulating up stairs, we suggest booking at our main clinic location*

Parking is limited, but there’s always lots of overflow located at the far end of the parking lot
