Phone hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, texting is highly encouraged! If you need to provide us a message (cancellation, emergency) outside of business hours, we still receive voicemails and texts and we will have record of it/therapists will be informed. *Please note that our therapists only get paid for the hours they are booked- when you block and reserve a time slot, you are reserving their time. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. Outside of this, you will be responsible for the cost of the therapist’s booked time
