As a kinesiologist, my goal is to help people feel capable and in control of their bodies. Kinesiology goes beyond “just exercise”—it’s the science of using movement to prevent injury, recover from setbacks, and support lifelong health. Whether you’re navigating postpartum changes, improving strength and balance as you age, or working toward new fitness goals, I design safe, personalized programs that make movement both effective and sustainable.
Within this broad scope, I have a special passion for supporting postpartum women and older adults. These groups are often overlooked when it comes to tailored exercise, and my practice focuses on helping them rebuild strength, restore function, and feel confident in their movement. My published research on postpartum exercise and my dedication to active aging continue to guide much of my approach.
I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science at the University of the Fraser Valley, alongside a certificate in Professional Communications. My sessions combine assessment, progressive exercise prescription, and education to help you reach your goals and maintain long-term strength.

I’ve been passionate about sports and physical activity for as long as I can remember. Growing up playing a variety of sports sparked a deep interest in the human body. That passion led me to pursue a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, where I gained a strong foundation in movement science, rehabilitation, and human performance. After graduating, I worked as a Kinesiologist for five years, helping clients recover from injuries and reach their physical goals.
During that time, I noticed a recurring need for hands-on soft tissue work as part of the recovery process. That realization inspired me to become a Registered Massage Therapist. I went on to study at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2018. I was also lucky enough to teach an Orthopaedic class and run the athletic massage outreach from 2019 - 2024.
My treatment style is deep, hands-on, and often includes active components. I am passionate about injury rehabilitation (whether from trauma, overuse, or sports-related issues) and I’ve seen first-hand how effective massage therapy can be in accelerating recovery and improving performance.
