Looking for a safe atmosphere to begin exercise focusing on technique? motivation to get rehab done? Accessory work for your sport? Look no further :)

As a kinesiologist, my goal is to help people feel capable and in control of their bodies. Kinesiology goes beyond “just exercise”—it’s the science of using movement to prevent injury, recover from setbacks, and support lifelong health. Whether you’re navigating postpartum changes, improving strength and balance as you age, or working toward new fitness goals, I design safe, personalized programs that make movement both effective and sustainable.

Within this broad scope, I have a special passion for supporting postpartum women and older adults. These groups are often overlooked when it comes to tailored exercise, and my practice focuses on helping them rebuild strength, restore function, and feel confident in their movement. My published research on postpartum exercise and my dedication to active aging continue to guide much of my approach.

I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science at the University of the Fraser Valley, alongside a certificate in Professional Communications. My sessions combine assessment, progressive exercise prescription, and education to help you reach your goals and maintain long-term strength.

My passion for movement began at a young age when I started swimming. I recognized that with experience, I could excel at something I loved, but it would also involve rehabilitation and healing, post-injury. It was this experience, coupled with my interest in science that led me to embark on a career where I could help people reach their physical goals through movement and exercise. When I began my career, I worked in medical research, focusing on incorporating the most up to date evidence into practice, and I carry this passion forward in my career as a physiotherapist. My educational journey began in the Fraser Valley at University of the Fraser Valley (UFV). I continued on after my undergraduate degree to obtain a Master of Science in Experimental Surgery from McGill University. I then completed my physiotherapy degree at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. Throughout my education, I gained invaluable experience in various outpatient physiotherapy settings, including fracture rehabilitation in Ireland, osteoarthritis assessment in Nova Scotia, and orthopedics in New Brunswick. I would love to work with you to create an active and functional rehabilitation plan tailored to your individual’s needs and designed to help you reach your rehabilitation goals.

Special interests: pelvic heath, pediatric care, sports rehab

Movement has always played a big role in my life, and physiotherapy felt like the natural path to turn that passion into a career. My own experience rehabbing from a sports-related knee injury showed me firsthand the impact physiotherapy can have — not just physically, but mentally. Helping others regain strength and confidence is what keeps my passion alive!

Beyond my enthusiasm for sports rehabilitation, I have special interests in pelvic health and pediatric care. I work with clients experiencing pelvic pain, urinary or bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, or those seeking guidance on safe pre- and post-natal exercise. I also enjoy supporting children of all ages — from infants learning foundational movements like crawling to youth recovering from sports injuries (and everything in between.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me at BEFIT, Spinhouse, or dusting off my soccer cleats and baseball glove. Staying active keeps me grounded and fuels the energy I bring to my work with clients. I completed my Master’s of Physical Therapy at UBC after earning my Bachelor’s degree, and I continue to grow through post-graduate education. I’ve completed the Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1 course and the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program Level 1, equipping me to provide evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Special interests: tension headaches, migraines, relaxation, and lower body treatments with a focus on enhancing leg mobility, strength, and recovery.

I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness, and my interest in how the body works naturally led me to massage therapy—a career that brings both together. Through a blend of deep tissue and relaxation massage, I use effective techniques with a calming touch to ease tension, alleviate discomfort, and promote relaxation and overall wellness.

Graduating from West Coast College of Massage Therapy gave me a strong foundation in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release—all of which I incorporate into my treatments to create a personalized experience for each client.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me cooking, spending time with friends and family, or planning my next adventure. I look forward to working with new clients and helping them achieve their wellness goals through effective and restorative massage care.

special interests: running/lifting/performance injuries, TMJ/TMD, postpartum return to performance/c-section recovery

My biggest passion is getting people moving again, and feeling in control of their bodies. Physiotherapy and rehab/strength and conditioning is super important to me, because it can make or break someones pain or injury experience. I completed my Bachelors of Kinesiology at University of the Fraser Valley, and my Master’s in Physiotherapy at UBC. My post graduate training has focused on, orthopaedic manual therapy, strength and conditioning, olympic lifting, biomechanics, TMJ, clinical pilates, women’s health (c-section rehab, pelvic floor) and functional dry needling/IMS. I’m a chiropractor with a passion for helping people move better, recover fully, and feel strong in their bodies. My approach goes beyond short-term pain relief offering a minimum of 30 minute follow up sessions. I integrate manual therapy, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and progressive strength training to create lasting change.

As a mom of two busy boys, I know firsthand how important it is to stay active, resilient, and adaptable. My own experience recovering from pregnancy, and most recently a shoulder injury, and returning to the activities I love has shaped the way I practice: care should be empowering, personalized, and built to support your lifestyle.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me chasing my boys, moving outdoors, or exercising (Pilates, strength training, running and trail walks). My husband and I are also dabling in Pickleball, so maybe catch me on the court one day?? I believe movement is medicine, and I love sharing that philosophy with every patient I work with.

From an early age, I’ve been drawn to the natural world—spending time in the great outdoors or running along the shorelines of white-sand beaches. Movement and nature are not just my nourishment; they are the essence of who I am. A lifelong athlete and nature enthusiast, I view Physiotherapy through a holistic lens, deeply believing in the power of the co-creative process between the two of us. This approach is not only my passion but also the pathway through which I’ve discovered many of my unique gifts. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a committed lifelong learner, I continue to expand my expertise, currently immersing myself in breathwork, intuitive movement practices, and exploring movement as a form of meditation. My training spans a diverse range, including performance and rehabilitation exercise, TMJ, complex and persistent pain management, yoga, IMS, advanced cervical-thoracic care, and mat Pilates. I am particularly passionate about working with pre- and post-operative patients, as well as those ready to step into a more embodied and fulfilling life. With a background as a track athlete, I have a deep understanding of the unique needs of runners and athletes, and I find great joy in helping them optimize their performance and recovery. Beyond the clinic, my curiosity extends into the science of healing through nature, and I am constantly inspired by design, architecture, fashion, and the art of surfing. I’m also deeply immersed in the practice of emotional intelligence, which I believe is fundamental to true well-being. My mission is to work collaboratively with you to help create a life you love—one that is rooted in resilience, movement, and a deep connection to self. I understand what it takes to achieve your goals, and I am deeply passionate about sharing the knowledge and skills that can empower you along the way. Together, we can unlock the potential to navigate life’s challenges with strength and grace.
